Welcome to The Carmen A. Bilsky Insurance Agency website. For almost 20 years I served the Mon Valley area as an exclusive Allstate agent in Charleroi, PA. In March of 2004, I decided to sell my interest in Allstate to pursue a career in the independent agency system. I opened my new agency, the Carmen A. Bilsky Insurance Agency, in December of 2004.
